The Santa Clara Youth Soccer League has partnered with Avalon College Advising to provide Santa Clara Youth Soccer and Santa Clara Sporting high school aged student athletes (grades 9-12) with a free Path to College" workshop to learn about the path to higher education. Our goal is to support our student athletes who aspires to attend college.
Date: Monday, March 13th from 7pm-8:30pm

Avalon College Advising is led by Jennifer Taylor, who is a former college admissions reader at Stanford University and Senior Director of Admissions at Santa Clara, where she got extensive and exclusive insight into the college admission standards of top universities. She now shares these unique insights with parents and students who are looking to be highly competitive in today’s college applicant pool. Jennifer is also a Santa Clara Sporting '91 alumni parent; her son Matthew played at Sporting and was recruited to play for the Stanford Men's Socer Team. He daughter Lindsay played at MVLA and also played for the Stanford Women's Soccer Team.
